The Golf Longevity Project™ is a structured 12‑week system that improves:

Pain‑free movement
All with 30–40 minute sessions, 2–3x per week.
The 3‑Phase System
Phase 1: Restore & Pattern (Weeks 1–4)
Restore mobility, reduce pain, and rebuild efficient movement. Build function al movement patterns foundational to the golf swing.
Phase 2: Generate & Build (Weeks 5–8)
Develop rotational power and overall strength that actually transfers to your swing - and life.
Phase 3: Sustain (Weeks 9–12)
Build and maintain muscular endurance, resilience, and a long‑term strategy for playing great golf for years.

TPI Screen results and re-tests (every 4th week)

What’s Included
An initial TPI screen to attack the areas of most need. This is how we will build out your specific program - for YOU
Golf‑specific training program (12 weeks)
2–3 full body workouts per week (30–40 minutes)
Will work with what equipment you have (at-home or at the gym!)
Expect a mix of strength, mobility and power training. Cardiovascular endurance can be added at no extra cost!
24/7 accountability & progress tracking. Message me anytime and expect a response directly from me.
A check-in call every 4 weeks. Re-test TPI screen as necessary
A golf‑specific warmup and mobility routine
Education on recovery, travel, and busy schedules
Direct coaching feedback
